Welcome to Glastonbury, location for the 30 FIM Motocamp in 2011. We chose Glastonbury as it is a mixture of a small country town and a world-renowned pilgrimage place with a 21st Century twist to it, set in the heart of the west of England.
Participants enjoyed a feast of local food and drink, music and dance being held only walking distance from this unique town.
The Motocamp was held a short walk from the town centre, on a secure site, with level parking and camping areas. It has the facilities that are required - showers and WCs, bar, kitchen, hard parking areas and plenty of room to camp. Participants could easily walk into the town without having to use their motorcycles, knowing that they had left them in a secure site.
The 2011 FIM Motocamp was not open to British motorcyclists to participate - it was our chance to host our friends from overseas. For more information about these events, click here.
